Our wrought iron Pokers are hand forged using traditional blacksmithing techniques. They are approximately 20 inches long (500mm) and made out of solid 12mm round bar, weighing approximately 0.8kg.
Pokers can be made to custom dimensions.
They are finished with a traditional blackened finish using a beeswax and linseed oil mix. This is done while the metal is hot so the wax is absorbed into the metals surface.
They are a perfect addition to an open fireplace or log burning stove.
Due to the handcrafted nature of this product, there may be some visible signs of workmanship such as hammer marks, and no two Pokers will be exactly the same.
